This does not mean that you should wait till you complete the project or task before moving onto other things. Some projects or tasks may be time-consuming and need extended periods of time to complete. 

Instead, depending on the complexity of the task, you may have to assign more time to complete and determine the next course of action.

2. Write down your plan.

It is important to write down your tasks and actions that are necessary to complete the said task(s). This keeps you organized.

3. Set small goals.

8. Determine when you are most productive.

Time of the day is a big factor in being productive. There are many people who do their best work during the day and others are more productive at night.

9. Cut interruptions.

There are many distractions that you must not pay attention to when working. These distractions include TV, phones, games and computers.

 10. Set time limits.
